MATTHEW R. DANIELS mattdaniels@danielsfamilyfuneral.com Matt followed in his father's footsteps and has been in both the funeral and furniture business since 1977. He is currently the Owner and President of Schuette-Daniels Inc. and Polnasek-Daniels Inc. and works at the furniture store and both funeral homes. He is active in the community, serving as a member of the Burlington Rotary Club, past President of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, and retired member of the Burlington Rescue Squad. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association as well as being a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He and his wife Donna reside in Burlington and have 3 sons.

ERIC DANIELS ericdaniels@danielsfamilyfuneral.com Eric followed in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. He works in both our Burlington and Union Grove locations. He is an active member of the community belonging to the Union Grove Lions and the Union Grove Chamber of Commerce. He is currently serving as President of the Chamber. He is a member of St. Mary's church in Burlington where he, his wife Sarah  and daughter Norah reside.

CRAIG HANCOCK Craig began his career with Schuette-Daniels in 1978. He is currently the manager at the furniture store and fills in regularly at the funeral homes working both visitations and services. Craig and his wife Marian live in Burlington. They have three children and four grandchildren. Craig enjoys golfing, camping and spending time with his family.

KARI & MITCHELL DANIELS Kari is a full time Office Manager and works at both of our funeral homes. She has been with the company for the past 8 years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and trap shooting. Kari and her husband, Mitch, along with their two children, Abbey and Austin, reside in Burlington. Mitch works full time at the furniture store and regularly assists at both funeral homes. He is an active member of the Burlington Kiwanis Club, serving as past President. Mitch and his wife Kari along with their children Austin and Abbey reside in Burlington.

MARLENE KETTERHAGEN Marlene joined the family business in January of 2011. She works mainly at the Union Grove location in the office and anywhere else she is needed, enjoying both the variety of the job and being part of the family business. After losing her son Ben, in an accident, she feels the calling to help those who have lost a loved one. Knowing firsthand how it feels and realizing how different each one of us handles our grief, she wants to share her experience, strength and hope assisting families in their time of need. Marlene has two daughters Chantry and Valerie. Both are attending college and working in Milwaukee. She lives in Burlington and is a member of St, Mary's Catholic Church. Marlene enjoys her running, gardening and being outdoors. But, more than anything she values and loves the time spent with her large, close-knit family.

JEFFREY R. WERTH jeffwerth@danielsfamilyfuneral.com Jeff lives in Union Grove and works in both locations. His great uncle opened the Burlington funeral home in 1929. His grandfather was one of the original partners and his father also worked for the firm. He represents the third generation working at the funeral home. Jeff enjoys hunting in the fall and is active in the Burlington Conservation Club. He is a longtime member of the Union Grove Yorkville Fire Department. He has been married to Stacy (nee Rygiewicz) since 1995, and together they have 4 children. He has been very active with his kids by coaching sports teams and as assistant Cub Master with the Union Grove Cub Scouts. He and his family are members at the Union Grove United Methodist Church.

FAWN SCHAEFER fawnschaeffer@danielsfamilyfuneral.com Fawn has been a funeral director with the firm since 2000. She works at both the Burlington and Union Grove locations.  Fawn resides in Burlington with her husband Lucas and son Samuel.  She is active in the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and is currently President of the Southeastern District. She is a member of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church and is a former Sunday school teacher.  Fawn enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

LARS EKORNAAS larsekornaas@danielsfamilyfuneral.com Lars has been with the company since 2004 when he began his career in funeral service. He works in both our Burlington and Union Grove locations. He is married and has two daughters. He currently resides in Trevor.
